Omnyra, Getting Started Guide
Welcome aboard. This guide is designed to help you glide through your first steps with Omnyra with the confidence of someone who definitely knows which button to press (and why). Think of it as your smooth introduction to the platform—informative, clear, and with just enough humor to keep you awake.
1. Creating Your Team
Your team is the command center of everything you do in Omnyra. If Omnyra were a ship, this would be the bridge. If it were an orchestra, this would be the conductor’s stand. You get the idea.
Required Fields
-
Team Name, Your brand’s identity inside Omnyra. Choose something that inspires greatness—or at least something you can recognize later.
-
Description, A short summary of what this team exists for.
-
Optional Team Description, Extra notes for your eyes only. Future-you will appreciate this more than you think.
-
Email Footer Note, Appears below the unsubscribe link in your emails. This is where the obligatory, the official, and the “please don’t sue us” text lives.
-
Company address
-
Legal notes
-
GDPR statements
-
Disclaimers
Optional
-
Team Logo, Adds branding and visual polish. Also makes the workspace look less like a witness protection identity.
2. Add Your Senders
Before sending anything, you need a sender. No sender, no email. It’s a simple universal truth—like gravity or the fact that meetings always run long.
Sender Information
-
Sender Name, Useful if you manage multiple identities.
-
SMTP Host
-
SMTP Port
-
SMTP Username / Email
-
SMTP Password, Often an app password.
-
Display Name, What recipients see in their inbox.
-
Daily Sending Limit, Especially important if you’re warming up the account. Think of it like stretching before sprinting.
3. Creating a Campaign
This is where your magic happens. A campaign in Omnyra is more than a message; it’s a coordinated communication strategy worthy of a PR director.

-
Campaign
-

-
Active / Inactive Status
-
AI Optimization
-
Email Senders
Creating a Phase
Each phase is a step in your automated flow. Requires:
-
Phase Name
-
Template (yours or community-made)
-
Start Date
-
Execution Time
-
Description
Duration Logic
Omnyra calculates how long a phase needs based on:
Recipients / Sender Daily Limit
Example:
-
60 emails
-
30/day limit = 2 days
Overlapping phases are not recommended. In fact, they’re strongly discouraged. They break the sending flow and force Omnyra to stop early. Think of it like double-booking a stage—nobody wins.
6. Statistics and Insights
Your stats help you refine your communication.
-
Open Rate, How your subject lines perform.
-
Access / Click Rate, How well your content resonates.
Insights help you adjust tone, structure, and strategy like a true PR professional—calm, strategic, and always three steps ahead.
